Enchanted Kingdom Christmas Caroling 2007 Summer Workshops In line with our vision of theater as a medium of learning and exploration, Theater Down South is providing the community a Summer Theater Workshop! With the company's director and actors guiding your children through the rudimentary and advanced techniques of theater and with a culminating show at the end of summer, you'll not only have made your children's dreams come true but you'll also have inspired others in the community through your childrens talents! Rapunzel Rapunzel is a hilarious and heartwarming musical based on the classic fairytale by the Brothers Grimm. Written by David Crane and Martha Kauffman, creators of the Emmy Award-winning television series “Friends,” with new music by Michael Skloff, this version gives a fresh spin to a well-loved story. Magic and mayhem ensue when Prince Brian tries to rescue Rapunzel from her tower and from her mother, who just happens to be a witch. Will he succeed? Will they find true love? Will the witch turn Brian into brussel sprouts? Rest assured this tongue in cheek hairy tale is not going to be business as usual! Theater Down South's *Rapunzel* is presented in cooperation with Lifestyle Network, Working Mom Magazine, Svenson International, Dermclinic, Henlin, and Marco Polo Cebu.. Based on the classic yarn by Robert Louis Stevenson, this story is filled with thrills, pirates and buried treasure! It's sure to be a rollicking good time for everyone! So heave ho and anchors away! Original Treasure Island Poster The Princess and the Red Carp A Theater Down South original production which premiered at The Podium for Chinese New Year 2010. The classic Cinderella story is retold in its original setting in this musical about a young Chinese girl, a magical carp, a handsome emperor, a wicked stepmother and a very special golden shoe!
